Shipping & Returns
CHARGES:
Prices for items DON’T INCLUDE THE SHIPPING COSTS. Then we detail all the relevant information:
- Shipping to Spain (including Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Baleares), 15.00 euros for orders less than 99 euros (VAT included). FREE shipping fee for orders over 100€. (It is understood by order each time the customer clicks the button BUY).
- Shipping to the rest of Europe (including Gibraltar and Portugal). 50€ for orders below 249 euros. FREE shipping fee for orders over 250 euros. (Order means whenever the customer clicks the button BUY).
- Shipping throughout Mexico. $ 180.00MXN for orders less than $ 1999.00 MXN and free shipping fee for orders over $ 2000.00MXN.

URUNIK reserves the right to change the price of shipping if service providers (NACEX, DHL, MULTIPACK or REDPACK) change conditions.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
In order to facilitate customer payment and always looking for your convenience, we have several payment options:
- Bank transfer: Once your purchase is complete, simply select this payment option and press "buy." At this time, we will indicate the bank details for the completion of the transfer and will be asked to enter or review your personal data for the completion of the shipment after finalization of the total payment from your part. You will receive a detail of the purchase in your email address and to streamline procedures, we request a deposit receipt in the mail info@urunik.com
- PayPal Payment: This is a way of immediate payment. When you have completed your purchase and select this payment method if you preferred, then the total income to our PayPal account which will be indicated in this step of the purchase. See the terms of this means of payment at www.paypal.com. Your purchase will be sent after the payment is verified. You will receive a detail of the purchase in your email address.
- CREDIT CARD Payment: Customers can enter in the payment system, your own credit card VISA or MASTER CARD, credit or saving card and it will charge your card immediately and the amount of the purchase. It is the fastest and safest way for us to send the shipment. URUNIK.COM do not have access to the data from these cards as our site uses the most secure system of electronic market, which directly contact your bank without urunik.com can see any data from that card.
SHIPPING:
All our shipments are made by NACEX express transportation company (Spain) and DHL, MULTIPACK or REDPACK (Mexico) so that the order would take it into his home at 2 days to make payment if this is checked and correct.
RETURNS:
We offer our GUARANTEE OF SATISFACTION:
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us as soon as possible. In case of returns, you have seven days from the time you received your purchase to send it back as marks the legislation. In order to accept the return it must complete the following requirements:
- Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging in perfect condition and well protected.
- The goods must arrive within seven days of notification of return. If the return shipment is delayed, U´R URUNIK.COM reserves the right to reject such return.
- The submission must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
Upon receipt of the goods and after verifying the same, shall be repaid the amount or the identical item exchange according to the agreement of both parts.
Do not make refunds of postage.
U´R UNIK.COM reserves the right to pay a lower amount if the return received wasn’t in perfect shape or incomplete.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:
If the reason for return is that your purchase came with a manufacturing defect, URUNIK.COM is responsible for all costs of delivery to the customer for a new article with similar characteristics to that purchased or, alternatively, of the total refund paid. The claim must be made within seven days from the date of invoice.
